Joyce Landry is CEO and co-founder of Miami-based Landry & Kling Global Cruise Services.  In 1982, the company was the first to specialize in corporate meetings, incentives and events at sea. Today, under Joyce’s direction, Landry & Kling has become the global leader in sourcing cruise ships and accommodation vessels for charter projects that include workforce housing, disaster relief efforts, and offshore construction.

Landry & Kling pioneered the use of cruise ships as floating hotels. Over the years, Joyce has spearheaded prestigious dockside charters for government summits and global sporting events, including the Barcelona Olympics, Super Bowl Jacksonville, Summit of the Americas in Trinidad, and the RIO Olympics.

Joyce was named one of the Top 25 Most Influential People in the Meetings Industry and was inducted into the CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association) Hall of Fame. Considered an industry thought-leader, Joyce has held positions on several cruise line advisory boards and is a sought-after speaker on cruise industry trends.

As an environmentalist and global citizen, Joyce is committed to responsible travel and the greening of the cruise industry.  She founded SustainableShips.com and the Future Of Cruising Livecast series to support and promote cruise lines at the forefront of the sustainability movement.
