Job Description

This position is an entry-level position to support the Finance and Cruise Operations teams in the daily functions at main office in Coral Gables, Florida.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of VP – Finance (60%):
Enter payables and expenses in QuickBooks and Excel
Assist with program financial tracking and reconciliation
Prepare invoices and reports for cruise programs
Assist with drafting group cruise contracts
Perform tasks as assigned, including proofreading, maintaining office supplies inventory
General office support

Under the direction of Director of Operations (40%):
Provide customer service for reservation site by phone and/or email
Receive training on cruise reservation site build-up
Provide main office support to Operations Team
Provide creative input (promotional ideas, event enhancements) and create materials for programs
Serve as primary liaison for independent contractors

Travel Required
Occasional travel may be required

Qualifications
Basic knowledge of QuickBooks
Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web
College level or degree desired
Professional-level communication skills
Proven competency in providing customer service
Interest in planning meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (cruise experience a plus)
