Cruise Event Logistics

When you choose our Cruise Logistics Service, we listen to your objectives and then initiate plans for all aspects of your cruise program to ensure continuity from beginning to end. A cruise event manager will pro-actively handle all the “behind-the-scenes” details throughout the planning period and onboard the ship so you can confidently focus on your business objectives.

We leverage our significant buying power with the cruise lines to get the best group pricing and amenity package, then negotiate the contract terms on your behalf. We source and book your ship, handle the logistics, arrange meeting space, group dinners, custom events and shore excursions; and take responsibility for the successful implementation of every aspect of your cruise program. Our job is to be your advocate and make sure you have everything you need to create your best event ever.  Here are some of the benefits:

Cruise Events Manager

Under your direction, a dedicated Cruise Events Manager will initiate recommendations and plans for all aspects of your cruise, then join you when you sail to assist behind the scenes and ensure continuity from beginning to end of the program. Think of him or her as your onboard “convention services manager” who also oversees embarkation / debarkation and all daily events in between, reviews your master accounts, leads the travel staff and much more.

Ship and Port Inspection Support

We will accompany you on a ship visit and/or site inspection cruise, preparing an agenda of items to be considered onboard and coordinating meetings with key shipboard personnel and ground operators.

Program Documentation

Your Landry & Kling Cruise Program Manager will provide comprehensive operational reports & assistance, such as:
•    Summary Chart – recommending flow and location of business and social events, port activities
•    Detailed Program Resume – with day-by-day timelines & information, contacts, checklists and “Event Orders” for each shipboard function
•    Summary of Staff Assignments – defining areas of responsibility and day-by-day schedules for each member of on-site travel team
