Planners will soon have a new luxury cruise ship for upscale meetings, executive retreats, top-tier incentive and recognition programs – and it’s perfect for exclusive charter! Seabourn Cruises received its highly-anticipated mega-yacht, Seabourn Encore, from the shipyard in Italy, and we have the first photos. The ship is indeed stunning!
Seabourn Encore accommodates up to 600 passengers in 300 spacious, elegantly-appointed suites – each with a private veranda. Award-winning hospitality designer Adam D. Tihany designed Seabourn Encore “to feel more like a luxury yacht”. Your attendees will enjoy an all-inclusive, intimate cruise experience as well as Seabourn’s extraordinary levels of personalized service.
The vessel features modern design elements and innovations, as well as one additional deck and new expanded public areas.
Among the new deck venues are The Retreat, a relaxation area with private cabanas for rent and a Spa Treatment Cabana for personalized services.
Seabourn Encore will feature gourmet dining experiences as fine as the best restaurants anywhere, with open bars throughout the ship and fine wines poured with lunch and dinner.
Restaurants include The Grill by Thomas Keller, the new signature restaurant from three-star Michelin chef Thomas Keller that was introduced on Seabourn Quest earlier this year and will be expanded to the entire Seabourn fleet. A new restaurant — Sushi — also makes its debut, with a unique look and high-quality dishes served throughout the day.
Innovative onboard highlights include “An Evening with Tim Rice,” a production show created exclusively for Seabourn; and the Spa and Wellness with Dr. Andrew Weil Mindful Living Program.
The ship is on its way to Singapore, where it will be christened January 7, 2017. In summer 2017, Seabourn Encore will reposition to Athens to begin a series of 7-night Mediterranean cruises.
