Cruise ship meetingThanks to our experience and flexibility in planning custom charter itineraries, we could address our clients’ concerns about political stability in Yugoslavia without disrupting their European incentive cruise program.

Only six weeks prior to departure, our corporate client became worried about their Greek Isles program due to the political conflict in Kosovo. Their fear was that they would have to cancel or alter the program, losing their investment and creating a huge disappointment for invited participants.

Landry & Kling replaced their custom designed back-to-back itineraries between Rome and Istanbul, with two totally new custom itineraries sailing between Rome and Barcelona. The itineraries were developed using alternative ports we knew would be appealing that the cruise lines had never visited before. We selected the ground operators, created new custom shore excursions in each port, and rebooked excursion choices for all passengers in advance of departure.

The program was a success and the clients were relieved.
