Carnival released details about their newest ship, and we can’t think of a more fitting name. What sets 4,000-passenger Carnival Vista apart in the big-ship category? You got it – it’s all about the views!

10 Reasons to Love Carnival Vista

1.The Atrium – The excitement begins as soon as your attendees walk on board! The  Carnival Vista Atrium features a  giant, multi-deck-high centerpiece with LED screens and changing visuals to create a festive atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to welcome your participants boarding the ship, meet friends at the bar or enjoy live entertainment and dancing.

2.SkyRide – An industry first, this pedal-powered open-air aerial attraction will offer the best (and highest) ocean views ever offered on a cruise ship! Your adventurous riders can climb aboard hanging recumbent-like bikes to cycle their way around the 800-foot suspended track with panoramic views from 150 feet above the sea.

3.SkyCourse – An exhilarating suspended ropes course with 20 rope bridges, this is a terrific option for a team-building event! BothSkyRide and SkyCourse are part of Carnival Vista’s expanded outdoor activity park

4. IMAX Theatre – Carnival is partnering with IMAX to bring the world’s most immersive cinematic experience to sea – the first time ever offered on a ship! Watch the latest Hollywood blockbusters, IMAX classics and documentaries on a screen that’s three decks high.

5.More Outdoor Dining Venues – After strolling along the expanded Lanai Promenade, guests can choose from one of the many dining venues that feature outdoor areas. Specialty eateries offering outdoor seating include Fahrenheit 555, a classic American steakhouse; Japanese-style Bonsai Sushi restaurant; the New England-inspired Seafood Shack; and Cherry on Top, a custom ice cream creation bar.

6.More Outdoor Bars – The intimate Library Bar, lively RedFrog Pub (with the first-at-sea onboard brewery), and stylish Havana Bar all offer indoor/outdoor seating along the Lanai Promenade, giving you and your group more places to meet and connect – with each other and the sea.

7. A Taste of Cuba – Carnival’s popular Latin-infused Havana experience will be expanded inside and out on Carnival Vista. Havana Bar serves traditional cocktails and snacks during the day and transforms into a sizzling Latin dance club at night. The new Havana Pool  offers stunning views of the ocean, whirlpools and a relaxation area, complete with colorful umbrellas, faux palm trees, thatched patio huts and comfy seating.

8.Serenity Retreat – Attendees can get away from it all at the adults-only Serenity retreat area. Here they’ll find inspiring ocean views and more relaxation options, including outdoor massage huts.

9. Havana Cabana Accommodations – These staterooms face the Lanai Promenade and feature private outdoor patios with lounge chairs and hammock. Guests booked in Havana Cabanas have exclusive use of the new, tropics-inspired Havana Pool  during the day.

10.New Family Zone – Planning a family-friendly event? New Family Harbor Staterooms fit up to five family members, who also have exclusive access to the Family Harbor Lounge, designed to be the ultimate family hang out with large-screen TVs, games, and complimentary breakfast and snacks.
